Palmtech has evolved quite a bit since we initially launched 25 years ago to what you now know as Palmtech Complete.
From the very beginning, our goal has been to provide inspectors with a powerful tool to conduct and manage inspections. That continues with today’s post as we focus on some key enhancements we’ve made to the platform recently and a sneak peek into another exciting upcoming feature release — an AI Comment Helper.

Big updates to Palmtech’s image editing tool
After collecting extensive user feedback, we’ve made some huge improvements to Palmtech’s built-in camera that offers less lag time, fewer taps and swipes, including the ability to:
- Annotate: mark up images to highlight specific items
- Fine tune: adjust the brightness, contrast, etc.
- Scale, rotate, crop: get the exact dimensions you need
- Blur: obscure sensitive information like faces and addresses

Two new templates for Florida inspectors!
In April, we released two improved templates to the Palmtech library: The Florida Wind Mitigation and Citizens 4-Point Inspection!

AI’s coming to Palmtech!
Artificial intelligence (AI) has been the hot topic the past few years and we’re currently working on our own flavor to add to Palmtech with our AI Comment Helper!
Imagine being provided comment suggestions based on the inspection details you enter or the ability to customize the length and detail of the generated comments. It’s all possible (and so much more) with our planned AI Comment Helper.
